Named the Small Farmer's Reunion, it is our show geared to non-mechanical historical living. Horse drawn plows, well drilling, rock crushing. Steam-driven saw mills. Hand corn shelling, apple butter and sorghum making, butter churning. Re-enactments, one room schools, church. Soup in a kettle over a fire and hot dogs and marshmallows too. Stop and see the power plant engines in the engine shed. On Friday you may have to dodge some of the approximately 1200 schoolchildren who wil learn about pioneer living.
