EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Exhibitor camping is permitted—NO HOOK-UPS
Early arrival (Thursday, November 5, at Noon) O.K.
Please wait in parking lot west of the show area until you can be parked.

Sale of related items by exhibitors is permitted.

All running displays require a SAFETY BARRIER to be placed
a minimum of 3 ft. between running equipment and spectators.
Safety barriers are not required for static displays.

Food (breakfast and lunch), drinks, and comfort areas are located in the
Main building, aisle A, between aisles D and E
Restaurant hours – 7:00-3:00 Fri., 7:00-4:00 Sat. & Sun.

The Market of Marion is located 2.4 mi South of Rt 484 & 4.6 mi North of Rt 42
on the West side of Rt 441

The OABOA will be having an annual meeting on November 7 2009 at 11:00 am. The meeting will coincide with the annual Boiler party hosted by David Schramm and Frank Johnson. The Location of the meeting will be held at (22343 Lemoyne Rd, Luckey, Ohio 43443).

Where: Jerry Sanders Homestead

Fairwater, WI

Educational Meeting 10:00 a.m.

Board of Directors Meeting 11:00 a.m.

General Membership Meeting 12:00 p.m.

Lunch will be served.

Please RSVP to Vicky Mayer by October 19th if you plan to have lunch.

The museum is heated but time will also be spent outdoors. Please dress for the weather. Boots are recommended but not required.

Come one, come all! This event is not limited to just members but for anyone who has an interest.

Tours of the Harry Kline Case Museum which contains a huge and rare collection of early Case memorabilia.

The large equipment pieces include the following;
1890's return-flue engine
20-40 Case tractor
65HP Case traction engine
18HP Case portable engine
Case road grader Model O, very rare
4994, the largest traction power unit ever built by Case

In addition the museum also has a railroad collection. In the outside building there is a 55HP Buckeye single cylinder diesel.

Adjacent to the museum is a 160 year old red brick mill livery barn. All of this is on the site of the 1847 flour mill, foundation still intact along with burrstone.

Finally there is a 50' diameter, Fitz water wheel. Built in 1925. It is the largest overshot wheel in North America.
