Photo Yet ANOTHER Engine Saved

Fired up and ran this 25hp South Penn Special engine this morning and then pulled it out of the well house and brought it home - it was still being used to pump oil with the walking beam style pumpjack - NO guys I have no idea what I'm going to do with it yet........

..great job, Tom! I just signed up here because I got the urge for a 25 horse something. Not sure yet what sparks me, I have lots of research to do!! Good to see that they are still out there to be found in decent condition!
I see there are thankx, but I don't know how to do it! So, I'll just say thankx!

Kyle...........Are you going to couple them together like the picture of the Reids in the old supply catalogs? What sizes did South Penns come in? I've only seen 2 or 3 of them but they have all been 25's.

we have a 25hp southpenn for sell. Just saw your ad on engine ads.If interested let us know at tomandnancy4045@sbcglobal.net I'm asking 2600.00 for it, it's still in its work clothes and there is no cracks, breaks or welds on it. thanks, Tom
