Default Unkown farm tools ID?

I have know idea what these things are. I have asked several people, but no one seems to have the answer.

This might not be the right place to ask, but I thought it was worth a try.

I have a feeling it was used in milking goats, or something related to goat farming, because that, other than plumbing and electrician work is all that I know of my Grandfather's hobbies.

Oh, sorry I did not put anything in the picture for scale. They measure about 6-inch in the longest direction.

Thanks.

they are for a milker.

The four needle looking pipes are where the rubber inflations go. Probably surge, delaval or universal brand

half of it is missing, probably a glass/pyrex globe

Both of these are broken/have been repaired, so not a surprise that something is missing.

The other part might be in the garage.

I thought they were for milking because they were next to a vacuum gauge that said something like, "Never milk if mercury is in the red."

I'll check things out as I dig deeper in the garage.

Anybody have any pictures of the globes? Maybe google?

Thanks.

I am confident that these are not Surge. I also don't believe they are Delaval or Universal. I think you will find they are from an oddball or orphan milker. Maybe an early McCormick-Deering, Empire or Hinman milker.
