Question Stover CT1 Info

I have a a stover ct1 (economy model sold by sears and roebuck) dated by the trip arm to 1923. The data tag on the water box states the Hp rating is 705. The RPM is 600. What is the actual hp rating of this engine? Does anyone have any information or manuals regarding this model?
