Their website is : www.blueridgeinstitute.org. This is a very large festival with thousands of people (spectators). You need to get there early to get in before the crowd. There are small engines and tractors. They like for your engine to be running something if posible. I'll have a box with a corn sheller and a grinder on it that seems to go over pretty well (a hands on display). The Festival is listed in the show directory. My son and I will also take several engines.

I have wanted to attend this show the past 2 years but their show date conflicts with the Arden, NC show so I will miss it again this year.

300 miles...... 145 miles south of us. See you there ? Take 220 South off 81 at Roanoke and 40 West at Rockymount. HBurk

Franklin county va....more moonshiners per capaita than anyother location in usa?

We are going to try to come if the weather is ok. I think that we are just going to visit and not try to bring any engines. I want to see the Coon Hounds!
