Default Lister HA2 fuel pump - retrofit?

I'm converting an old lighthouse stationary standby generator (Lister HA2) to a mobile generator, trailer mounted.
Previously the fuel was gravity fed from a tank in the building, but I was to mount the new tank at engine level. There is a port obviously for a lift pump, (was blanked off), and I can find lift pumps advertised, but its no obvious what drives the pump. Pumps said to be for this engine don't have the lever that operates from a cam inside the block. The manual shows a pushrod between cam and pump, but the advertised pumps don't have this. Do I need to source this connecting rod separately?
Is there anything unusual about fitting a lift pump to this model Lister?

There are additional parts that are not shown in the parts illustrations, but are listed at the start of the fuel pump spares section.

The pushrod is # 351-12170, but there are the extra parts as above and the rocker arm etc etc as per the parts list.

Because of the spares situation, I'd suggest an electric pump if you cannot get all the required parts for the job.

Peter,
thanks for that info.
I'd thought the pushrod activates the rocker arm which pulls the diaphram (as in the manual exploded diagram), but noted the pushrod doesn't seem to come with the pump where I';ve seen pumps advertised.
I'll make some phonecalls and see whats available. If all the parts not available, could use electric...

The saga of this lister genset is on this forum here..
