Default Briggs & Stratton F series coil

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get a new, rewound or good used Briggs & Stratton F series coil? They also fit L,M,P,Q R,S,T, W. Mine has 2 alignment pin holes in the middle and 4 holes for screws left and right of the middle. Thanks

Joe,
Don't condemn your coil just yet. You could have weak magnets in the flywheel. I am working with a friend to get a set of flywheel adapters for my magnet charger. I think a lot of the early Briggs engines could be perked up with a magnet charge.
