Wink Triumph Apple Peeler.

I was looking at a commercial type apple peeler, corer, slicer recently, being run by a hit & miss engine thru a speed reducer set up with a flat belt and idler drive. A very nicely done set up. The load of the angle drive speed reducer was enough to keep the engine running at a fairly constant speed.

The lever that actuates the slicer was broken off, therefore the slicer blade did not operate. I would like to know what actuated the slicer blade, what the lever looked like, etc. It's a mystery.

Is anyone familiar with the machine? Any sugestions, recommendations, etc.? The owner of the peeler would like to get everything going, but needs help. I volunteered. Stak is my first step!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Wil in NJ.
