Hi,
have had this little brass fitting for years and was wondering if any Stakers had seen one. The top hollow "dome" screws onto the base. There is a small brass plug which looks like it may have been held against hole in base with a spring. About 1" long overall. I thought it may be a breather ? |

' Thanks for your answers fellas. You may be right.Don't think it's a spray nozzel, as there is no hole in domed part. Maybe not a greaser either as the little plug would block off only exit when top was tightened. Good guesses though. Thanks. |

some kind of vent, the little plug acts as a check valve. The dome cap is just that, a cap.
