OK, I'd procrastinated long enough. I've had this walknig tractor in the back of the shop for 3 years; rebuilt the engine first, and kept saying I'd get to the tractor. Well, Saturday I decided to get started, after being at the Carlisle show on Friday. Found out after cleaning about an inch of hardened grease of the yoke that there was a patent number and date of August 21, 1921 on it!

Got it down to the bare bolts, fired up the Skat Blast cabinet, and started piece by piece. Got the base skeleton finished, primed, and am now using the electrolysis method to clean up the steel wheels and sprockets.

I need to fabricate the tool box that mounts under the gas tank. The entire clutch lever and linkage is missing; by chance anyone have one lying around?
This is what she'll look like once I'm done; mine's slightly different as it has a chain drive from the PTO to the crosshaft.

I really like the model "P" engine...sets this gem off.

Anyone out there that can help with patterns, parts, or allowing me to borrow what I need to pattern after is greatly appreciated!

Regards to Harry and all!
