When restoring an old mag, how do you make an old faded cap look "new"? I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it. I am not too cheap to buy a new cap, but for some mags, they aren't available. I have seen some mags that look brand new, but I am sure they are not. Thanks, Kelby

I have used black shoe polish. The oils in the polish will give it a shine for a while. After some time it will look just black. Great for those wheather beaten grayish mag caps.
