I am looking for a couple of spare tires and rims for my 16 foot flat deck trailer and would like to get them from a junkyard , My question is Is there a chart out there that would tell me a head of time what ( car / truck ) stud patterns match the rims I aready have ? Thank you for any help .

Try this site:
http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse...._Reference.cfm
If you know your wheel pattern, maybe you can find a match there.
Good luck.

If they are 6 lug, measure from stud center to opposing stud center. If 5 lug, measure frome stud center to the centerline of the TWO opposing studs. Ford is 4 1/2"? and chevy is 4 3/4"?. Or vise versa, never remember. 8 lugs are 8 lugs, up till the hubcentric superduty fords came out.

Btw Chevy, toyota, and nissan 6 bolts are the same.

If you have factory trailer axles you will want to be carefull of the inset or outset. There are some auto wheels that the bolt pattern would fit, but they have to much inset & the tires/wheels will hit the frame or suspension.
