Default Unidentified Tractor Steps

I was cleaning out some of my dads old stuff and he had these lying around. Said he got them from a buddy at one of his past jobs. He told me they came off of a John Deere tractor, but I am not sure because they have pin stripping that looks like it could be original. Any help in identifying what they came off or would be great. Thanks for your time, Jake

They are not tractotr steps. They are part of the frame of a Planet Jr. wheel hoe or push cultivator. An arch shaped piece would connect the the two pieces and the wheels would attach to the arms. The cultivator shovels went in the slotted areas and a carriage bolt would tighten them down. There were two other pieces that would attach and hold the handles. Those pieces are in great condition and would make a nice unit if you could find the missing pieces.

Thank you Scott. Here is a picture I found of how they would attach. Jake
