Default Wisconsin VH4D

I have a Bobcat 610 with a Wisconsin VH4D engine and it starts and runs for 3-4 minutes then dies Any ideas?

Default Re: Wisconsin VH4D.

Possible fuel restriction, sounds like it runs on the fuel in the carb until it runs empty then stalls. Is the fuel supplied by a fuel pump or gravity feed, need more info on what you do to restart. F.J.W.

Exclamation Re: Wisconsin VH4D

Check your filters. There probably is one in the tank, and debris may be blocking it. Chack also your fuel lines to see if they are deteriorating. Bits of rubber may be blocking the inlet to the carb. Personally, the filters are suspect. Check engine oil too - see if there is gas in it. If so, bad fuel pump.
