Maytag Washer Models and Dates
Recently acquired a Maytag Model B washing machine at auction. The single cylinder engine was in excellent condition and is now running. Anyway, the washer came with an original service manual from 1952. Page 1 of the manual has a cross reference of serial number to model number. I put the info on a link in my home page home.atcjet.net/~bwegher/
The Maytag Collectors home page has a file from the same source but seems to have some errors and different dates. I guess from a poor scanning/editing job. The file in my home page contains corrections. Brent Wegher |
