Great sight !! I am a retired Mechanical Engineer. Ammonia Refrigeration, Hydro Power Generation, Welding, Fabrication and Machine Shop. I am abilitick with a chronic case of toolitis. who now, lives, eats and sleeps old iron and copper.

Look around on here, and find a starting nitch that fits you and evolve into what you like. By the way, don't think too complicated, use the kiss system (Keep it simple, stupid) and evolve into what you like.

Welcome! If you know ammonia refrigeration, Google "Crosley Icey Ball" it was an ammonia absorbtion ice box with no moving parts, that was recharged daily using a kerosene burner.
