Default Rewiring an onan 6.5kw RV generator ofor portable use

I am trying to wire the output ac wires for portable use. I have a few questions that I could use some help with:

1. I have the 3cr unit so I have 4 output ac wires. It is currently set up with 2 ran solo and then 2 bound together to form a 240 output. Can I unbind the 2 ac wires to form 4- 120V outputs?

2. How do I rewire it? Do I simply run the the ac wires to a breaker box? How do I ground the unit if there is no rv to ground to? Can I use the generator body as the ground? Do I simply run the green ground wire(located in the ac output box)to the breaker box as well? Then do I just run each AC wire to breaker of its own? Or can I simply run a single 15amp GFI per AC wire and run a grounded bus bar?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank

Wiring diagrams should be printed on the back of the junction box cover. The service manual & the UN generator manual will also have the information you need. If you do not have the manuals, post the complete model & ser. numbers along with an e-mail address & one of us will send them to you.
