Default Another hello from Ontario Canada

Hi, my name is Paul.
I am in the process of building a replica of an old motorcycle, complete with flat leather belt drive and leaf spring front end.

This is not a tribute to any brand of motorcycle, but rather a "what could have been" using a Maytag 72D as a powerplant.

I signed on here to gain some more knowledge into the Maytag and hopefully find some parts I need.

This is a picture of the current state of the project.

Thanks for looking.

Here is a shot of the other side, the project is a little further along than the picture shows. I have a build thread for this project but it is on another forum for motorized bicycles.

If you are really interested it located here.

They are Schwalbe Fat Franks, they come in a variety of colours. Felt Quick Brick are another good balloon tire that comes in colours. Good bike store will order for you or I used Amazon.com
