Hi all,

Thought I ought to introduce myself....

I guess that my obsession with old engines can be blamed on my family! From a very early age my brother and I were being taken to local vintage rallies, I can always remember looking at the lines of stationary engines chugging away.... I started to build a small collection of model steam engines but eventually "proper" engines replaced them.

In 2009 a Wolseley WD8 found it's way into the shed and currently I have a small collection of engines and machinery, some of which have been restored. You can see the engines on youtube:

Hopefully I can contribute something useful to the forum and look forward to gleaning lots of useful info too. Without forums such as this, our hobby would be so much more difficult!

All the best,

Phill.

Hello. Welcome to the stak. What are the 2 engines. The green one had a lot of similarities to my lister. But it also had some differences also. Bill K

Thanks!

The engines in the featured video on my youtube channel?

The Lister is a 1929 A type "Junior" and the other is a Wolseley WD2 from 1946.

All the best,

Phill.
