Very nice Denis. I have a 30" Blanchard grinder in the shop and talk to Blanchard quite often. I had no idea that they made engines !

The Blanchard Machine Co. has undergone many changes of ownership and was even employee owned for a few years. They are currently known as a "Bourne and Koch" company.

Now will an engine surface ???

Blanchard parts and service has been in New Hampshire for several years so today I tried to call Lee Baker-the longtime Blanchard parts guru.I figure if anyone would have info then Lee would but alas since the Bourne and Koch takeover I guess Lee took retirement and the works have moved. I have the name and number of Lees replacement so hopefully I can backtrack and research the topic of their engines and get some good info for us

Heres whats cast onto the side of my real old Blanchard.Similar to whats on the engine. Also a pic of the whole machine. It doesn't get used much so it kinda becomes a catchall.Rob

Looks like the pic of the name isn't going to work. I'll take another and post later.
