I just thought it would be fun to see or hear what others have found on their engines for "Farm Fixes" here is a picture of the custom pulley on my 3HP Olds, part of the deal I made to get this engine was to keep this intact. It's a small price to pay for an Olds but i'll stay with the pulley setup.

A little unconventional but looks like a perfectly servicable belt pulley.
