Default Pemberthy I am new and old at the same time

Hi I am new to the forum but not so new to the world.
I have a Fairbanks Morse Z D 2 hp (salt block) motor that I recently got running. It came from our farm and the last time that I remember it running was in around 1953. Can't seem to get it to run without hunting but will try some things to rectify that.
More recently I found an old steam whistle at my daughters place. The only identifier on it is the word Pemberthy in the brass valve body. I hooked it up to an air line and it almost resonates at 100 psi. I will try to post a pic or two.
