Sure does look like a TO-20 but then a thirty may look the same. Where I live if it is not running and has sit that long then I would guestamate at auction it might bring in the three to five hundred price range, this is of course in my local. My self I would like to get it for salvage price in the condition that it showes to be in. This would start from fifty up to what ever value you place on it. It all breaks down to what you want to invest and be able to sleep nights, They are a lot of them little fergusons out there. I own one that I restored twenty years ago and use it every day nearly, still is a strong tractor.
Good Luck. Jiggs.
