Ebay bargain.
I bought a Wisconsin VH4D last year at an engine show for $25. It was all in pieces. A couple months ago I decided to start putting it back together. I got to the point where I needed a set of rings. I found new rings to be so costly that I was about ready to scrap the project. But over several weeks I searched eBay for "wisconsin rings". My patience paid off. I got a complete set for $8.00, NOS, still in their original box. What a bargain.
