Default Help need to identify this engine

I acquired this engine not to long ago. The governor is on the cam gear. The cam shaft goes straight through the block and works the ignitor and fuel pump on the right hand side. On the head I believe it is marked PP12 and on the main bearing caps it reads 9961 or 19LL. There is a fair amount of original green paint. Could this possibly be a Fairbanks H?

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
Anyone having any of the missing parts please let me know.

Thanks, Ron

That is a late 4hp Fairbanks h throttle gov. The serial number is stamped in the end of the crankshaft gov side and in the little pad on top of the hopper. Nice running engines if you can find the missing parts.
