Default Ideal Gas Engine

Thanks to everyone that responded to my earlier questions, but I wanted to try again as I got a very limited response. Has anyone ever seen one like this with "Ideal Gas Engine Company, Lansing, Michigan" cast into the flywheels? the photos of the two engines I was sent were plain, along with photos of a couple of Type M's. Does anyone have a Type C that is complete? I figure that I will have to get parts recast, but will need parts to copy? Also, does anyone know what mag bracket or mag went on these? I think this one was converted to spark plug. I have also posted an ad about getting whatever parts, literature, etc. are available. Last question, does anyone know what the carb and fuel pump even look like? (I do know own a Model T carb if anyone is looking for one) Thanks all, and Thanks Harry.

Jim:

I have heard of the Ideal engine and have probably seen a few of them but, other than that, I've reached the limit of my knowledge of the brand.

By the way - is that popcorn in the hopper? If so, what does it taste like and how long do you have to run your engine to get a hopper full?

Nyuk, nyuk! :-)

Take care - Elden
