Default Chris Kabele Auction Results

I have gotten the first 100 lots from this past weekend's auciton pictures up on a page. I hope have 2 or 3 more pages up tonight depending on how my slow computer works...The other pages will be broken links until the page is edited and uploaded.

Please provide me with your feedback. I can split it into 2 pages if to make it faster to download for those with slower connections.

I have 400+ photos to post. In putting these pictures back with the discription, I wonder to myself why I didn't bid on some of them...

Steve

Steve, I like what you do. Can't wait to see the rest. Just makes me sad that I was unable to attend. Galloway Guy Chris Witt

Steve: GREAT job. Sure glad I had to work 3rd. shift in Pa., or I just might have come home with another International, or something else. Sure was a lot to choose from. Strange that I didn't see any Mogul S/S's in the sale THANKS again for posting all those photos. Paul

I agree, engine #52 is not a Maytag. Not sure exactly which one it is but it looks like a cream seperator engine to me.

I was there and was going to bid on the engine, but I thought it quickly rose out of my cash flow. I thought it went for $1100, but I could be wrong. (Auctions with so much action can get confusing!)

Lot 366 followed me home. It was listed as a Fuller & Johnson but don't look like any F&J I ever saw. Their is a large N F 103 cast into the block but no other identification. Any ideas?

Your engine looks like a Nelson Bros Built Sattley.

Just wondering why the Lauson 2 hp went for $4300 at the Spirit Lake auction. Is it that rare? Also, if that the same Lauson Company that made the Alpha De Laval engines? Great job on the auction results Steve! Thanks, Tom
