Default Theft of Bandwidth - eBay - Humorous!

A person selling an McCormick Deering M engine on eBay seemed intent on attaching one of my audio files to his auction page. First he chose the famous file and after I changed it to an alarm recording, he took it off. Next, he chose my Witte audio file.

When you link to someone else's audio file on the internet, you never know what will really end up in that file. This is THEFT of bandwidth - using another person's server to dish out pictures, graphics, or audio files for your own benefit. Not nice!

Edit: eBay finally took notice and removed the 3735715447 auction page. Fun's over, but you can still "hear" the six cycle GAS engine by clicking on the eBay numbers.

I would say his engine is "Sputtering" a little.

Harry, I hope you don't make this guy famous like the guy that was selling the wedding dress on Ebay a while back.

Harry: Dag Gone it, I just Bought a Fuller Johnson Engine. If thats how they sound you will soon see it on ebay to. But i am hoping its just a little extra lash in the valves that a rocker adjustment would clear things right up.

Heres something interesting to note, besides BSing everyone about how the engine sounds by stealing a sound file from Harry, he states the engine is a 1924 but according to the serial number it is a 1929, and I am also curious about the "RUBBER" diaphram that he replaced in the carb What rubber diaphram I might be nuts but I have never seen one of those in there anywhere. And I think his engine sounds like crap.

I see it has a new owner. At least he got to hear it run before he bought it. I am wondering if that was a desiding factor for him or not. It certainly was Hiting and I never did hear a Miss in it.

Harry PLEASE SAVE THAT ALONG WITH YOUR ENGINE PICS/SOUNDS OF YOUR ENGIENS AND USE THAT MORONS INFORMATION ON THE ENGIEN (Do unto others as you would have them do unto you ) Second of all, thanks to you my side is hurting real hard! (It was worth it!)

Thanks Harry (please save it!)

Mac Leod

One more question, can he change it now?
