Default Tecumseh Engines heir dies

Kenneth Herrick, heir to the Tecumseh Products Company passed away Sunday July,25 2004 in Tecumseh,MI. He inherited the company from his father and founder Ray Herrick. He was President & CEO of the company that produced refridgeration units, Tecumseh Engines in Wisconsin.(formally Lawson Engines and Power Product engines) & Peerless Gear (manufactures of garden tractor transaxles, gear boxes and other old equipment gearing) Operations were turned over to his son Todd Herrick years ago. He now inherits the company.
