Default Re: sta-rite pait color

B.B.&C. I have a Sta-Rite Type A.1. 1 1/2 HP. serial #4679 I think was built in 1914. It has alot of original paint on it. The block and battery box are a medium green. The flywheels and skids are red. The pin stripes and raised Sta-Rite letters are gold. I do not have paint #s but could probably get a color chart and match it if you need. What type of ignition does yours have? Mine is battery, coil, spakplug. I need info on what the original points look like, mine are homemade from buzz coil points. Thay work fine but I would like to fab some original looking ones. Get back with me if I can help. Monte
