Case 6 HP portable parts needed

Greetings:

We are in need of parts for a 6 hp JI case portable steam engine. All parts above the boiler ( except flywheel ) are needed. This includes engine frame, crankshaft and crankdisk, cylinder and piston, crosshead and rods, eecentric and linkage etc.

heres an old topic from back in the 1st few months of SS
GW brought back another old thread there today. and it reminded me of when i was playing around on stak the other day. if you click on the 'rating" thing, it lists the rated threads(ones with stars ) then after that the very oldest threads are listed. most with no replies, and a lot with names ive never seen post lately i think im gonna do some more browsing through old threads
wonder if this guy ever found a 6hp motor

There are 40+ pages of threads on here and it is a shame that the old ones get forgotten so easily. There is a wealth of data and photo images on these pages. You must have the same tv satellite service as I do - you know, where there is absolutely nothing to watch so you spend an evening strumming through the Stak! I have aslo wondered about some of the names in the earlier posts that you don't see here anymore? Come on back friends!

Not everything is missing--at least the brass tag is still on the smoke box (Engine #18569). Did you take down the Case boiler number off that one for me while you were there? Maybe next time? thanks
