Default Mystery Wheels

Hello, I came across a set of wheel rims with a 36 3/4" dia. 8"face 5/8" thick and twenty countersunk holes. I'm thinking front wheels from a steamer or big gas tractor...Anyone got their detective hat on? Thanks
