Ohlsson-Rice Tiny Tiger

My "Tiny Tiger" fires, but will not stay running. Any suggestions? Source for parts? Any help would be much appreciated!

Is it getting fuel? I think that the weak point on mine is the plastic reed valve, located around the engine output shaft. Mine has great compression, but crankcase pressure seems to escape back through the carb. instead of moving fuel to top of piston. I plan to make a reed valve from brass shim stock, and see how it works.
