I recently purchased a generator made for the Army Signal Corps., model PE-162B. (mfg'd in 1953) It is a small genset used to power the military communications equipment available at the time. I would like to talk to someone who may be able to put some kind of a estimate on it's value. The thing that may make this difficult is that it has never been used . For all practical purposes , it is still brand new. In fact it is still strapped to it's original packing crate. Has never even had gas put in the tank. Has all the spare parts and tools that come with it, still in their unopened packaging. I have checked with others , but haven't found anyone that knows much about the value of these military generators. Any information would be appricated . Thanks.
