Onan Demand Panel and starter solenoid

Help !! Does anyone where to get a replacement contactor for an Onan Demand Control #7.5 HA-21/1C ? The contactor is Onan number 307-0665 but they tell me it's obsolete and with no replacement listed. Arrow-Hart made the contactor originally but they went bellyup years ago. I've tried getting just replacement contacts from other sources but no success.

I also have a question about the starter solenoid, 307-1617, in the light plant itself. Does anyone know if this is an oil filled construction? There was oil all over the wiring in the control box and appears to have come from the solenoid which, despite the fact that it would acuate, would not complete the circuit to the start winding. When I took the solenoid apart it appeared to have had oil in it at one time and the contact surfaces were all were all blackened with some high resistance gunk. Not worn or arced up, just gunked. My theory is that the contacts in this thing are supposed to break in oil, which leaked out, and caused the contacts to break in air/oil residue which then turned into this black gunk I see inside. Am I all wet here?
