Default Militarized Kohler Electric Plant

Hi,

Please email me if you have the schematics for the 1944 Military Version.

I've found that the control box is considerably different than that of the commercial sets made for domestic use.

It has switches on the side of the control box labeled as follows,

On/Off (turning ON starts the generator) Emergency Test (Test/Normal) Battery Charging (Low/High)

It has a Timoflex timer. I have no idea what it does.

Data Plates as follows,

Engine Data Plate:

Model: 1E21H1 Serial: 98175 KVA: 1.5 Volts: 115 A.C. Amps/Terminal: 13 RPM: 1200 Battery Voltage: 32 HP: 4

Generator Data Plate:

Model ER-4 1.5 KVA 1CKC-73031 GASOLINE ENGINE GENERATOR SET Contract: NSXR 41016 Navy Department - Bureau of Ships

Control Panel Data Plate:

KOHLER CO NO 5810E15 1 PH CH NO C271926A352 13 AMP 60 CY 115 VOLTS CUTLER HAMMER

Timoflex Data Plate: TIMOFLEX Type HD14A6 Form A Serial 4336-3123 Maxcycle 14 min Volts 115 Freq 60 Eagle Signal Corporation Moline, ILL
