Default H-9 com spark plug

Hello, I belive I read some where the H-9com spark plug is uncommon? I have one, and it has Ford on it also...any iterest/value. Can they be used on small engines? (Is it worth haveing?)

Champion H-10 is the common one : the H series is a 14mm plug with a 1/2" reach. most small engines use the J series, which is a 3/8" reach plug. If you try to use the H series plug in an engine designed for a J, you may have an interferance problem with internal moving parts (for instance, do not use the H series plug in the 3 1/2 or 4 HP aluminum block Techempseh engines (valve in block engines) as the valves will impact the plug. You will bend the valves! The H-9 is a cooler running plug, than the 10 Andrew
