Default McCorrmick Derring float chamber

I got this float chamber at a swap meet that is made out of brass. I blew air into and the valve seems to work. I am going to use it on my FMZ garden tractor beneath the stock mixer. No problems with hills now!

Does any know what kind of carb it is from? It has 'Made in USA' on shield and 4-37 stamped on it. If I make a float out of balsa wood, what do I seal it with?

Hi. Sealing it with gas tank sealer works very well.

I think you're correct. My brother has 2 10-20s and there are spare carb parts in a drawer, so I probably didn't need to buy this one. But hey it works great...
