Stover CT2 paint color


I was wondering if anyone can help me. I need to know what color to paint my 1935 Stover CT2 engine...

Default Stover CT2 paint color

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I need to know what color to paint my 1935 Stover CT2 engine it was painted almost a John Deere green when I bought it. (under all the grease!!!!) If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

The correct color is Brewster green. It is a darker tint of green with almost an olive tint. Some model A Ford vehicles are this color as well.

Still looking for an answer, is the Ford Model A engine color, the dark green what you guys are calling Brewster green? If so it is available locally. But when I scraped the grease on this ct2 it looked more like a John Deere Green. This stover came from a Jaeger mixer, if that makes a difference.

So are you telling me to paint whatever color I find under the grease? That was a John Deere Green not the Brewster Green.. I have Brewster here because I restored a Model A. But I really want to be as original as possible. And the stripes - yellow or orange? I see both here
