Hello. I have a slant fin Briggs FH with a potmetal carb. I have located an original brass carb. My question is will the brass carb bolt right in place were the potmetal carb was? I don't think that they changed casting, did they? THANKS

Stevie, the bolt pattern on those carbs is differant. Depending on your ser# they did make slant fin FH engines with pot metal carbs. Should be between 26438 and 29705.
