Does anyone know what type of headgasket a B&S model FB should have if any? Thanks.Mark F.

Mark:

The "F" series Briggs engines used a copper gasket that sat on top of the cylinder jug. They are available as reproductions. I would suggest contacting John Smith at Smith Services. His email address is jks@frontiernet.net. He's also an advertiser here with Harry's.

I checked my stock but I'm out of them now. John is a good guy and will most likely be able to help!
