Default Cod 13-25

This particular COD tractor is, I'm told, the only one of its kind. A 13-25 in a private collection in NY State.

Here is a photo I took of a COD tractor in the Heidrick Museum, CA - not sure which model it is though.

Heidrick tractor and Hays truck museum...Woodland Ca....If any one is ever out by sacramento, it is worth going here...I have been there a few times...the stock changes...they have some neat stuff.---David, did you also go to the UC Davis Ag collection about 10 miles away?- they are currently restoring the "very first" catipillar.

Hi Mac

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to visit the UC Davis collection, so it will have to wait until next time. This trip was primarily a 'scenery' one, but I still managed to fit in the Heidrick/Hays Museum, the show + museum at Tulare and the Dome Valley Museum in AZ! I would be very glad of any recommendations of collections or shows in CA for future though - I heard there is a museum in Vista, plus a few Best steam tractors out there somewhere. Maybe you could help me out on this?

While I was at the Tulare museum I met a nice guy called Lorry Dunning who I writing books on Yuba and Samson tractors. He has tracked down dozens of them worldwide, so they should make interesting reading when they are published.

All the best

David

There is a COD here in western Minnesota it has been shown at Rollag many times. The one Erdle has probably came from Tysse years ago John sold a train car load of good rare small tractors to Erdle. Keven

I have seen the COD at Rollag!
I know I have video of the whole parade but converting and editing video takes SOOO much time--maybe this winter I'll make a few cuts.

I saw the Rollag COD in 1969 at Larson Machine & Welding awaiting restoration on my trip to buy 30-60 E no.766 with Elmer's help. In 1970 I saw it, restored, at the Rollag show.
