More from the George Schaff Collection...I am including the tanker truck to show the massive size of the largest Case Crossmotors that was built. If I remember correctly, there are 7 of these monsters left.

The correct rating is 40-72. It is almost 9' at the top of the radiator. A relative of mine had bought one of these new and my grandfather bought the 1909 75HP Case steamer he had traded in. 99% sure it is one of the surviving 40-72s. I recently bought a 1912 75 Case engine,Seceduled to be delivered Fri. morning.
