Thumbs down Unknown Crank?

I found this crank under a pile of scrap iron on our farm. Looking to id what it might be for. It looks like it is for an engine, but it could be for anything. It is 12 inches long and fits a 1 13/16 shaft. Number on it is 7419.
Thanks
Merlin Crohn

I don't know what it fit Merlin, but it is obvious that it was important to someone at sometime and had to be put back in operation. They couldn't run to Wal-Mart for a new one! Chip

It's definitely for an engine by the looks of the design to make it "kick out" of mesh with the gib key when the engine hits. What engine I don't know. Kevin
