Need some help identifying this governor. The part # on the weights are 45655DA ( I think). ...

Need some help identifying this governor. The part # on the weights are 45655DA ( I think).

With the DA part number, it sounds like an IHC part.

Did I stump all the experts??? It does have a small symbol on the weights that could be the IH logo. What other equipment has this style of governor? Cream seperator?
