Default Site Sponsor and Supplier kudos

I just HAVE to throw in a some little plugs here for a couple of site sponsors (in no particular order!!!).
A customer brought in a JD magneto a few days ago wondering why he had no spark. It didn't take long to figure out why: when ONE end of the armature turns and the other DOESN'T it's not very difficult to figure out the trouble!!!
So I got on the horn to Ed at Hit & Miss and the BOSS answered the phone (NO---NOT Ed's wife......ED...... ) which happens about 8% of the times I call. Anyway, we needed the geared end of the armature which Ed just happens to have for the Princely price of $35.00 (current price). We got it today and I still can't believe the quality OR the price. It's fabulous. I own a machine shop and KNOW what it would take to fabricate this thing.....and $35 wouldn't do it!!!!
I must also complement Dave Reed at Otto Gas Engine Works. ALWAYS the gentleman and ALWAYS helpful.
I know there are many other suppliers here but as a shop owner I don't often have to go elsewhere for things so I don't have experience with them.
I'm sure if the other site sponsors were not "up to par"..... ....we'd ALL know about it!!! Thanks Ed and Dave!

Craig: Just to add a few more that I frequent, frequently. Rob Charles does some of my cumbersome machine work, is fairly close on the way home from work(small detour up north) and real pleasant to work with. Always has time for you. Mark from Otto Sideshaft went out of his way to do a small job for me that no one else really wanted to tackle, did a fantastic job and kept me informed during the process. Larry, The Engine Merchant responded quickly and was very helpful. Don Oberholtzer supplies some of the IHC parts I need, and if parts need to be cast it's done quickly. Bill and Linda from STARBOLT are always a pleasure to do business with, and "FAST" shippments (don't let the wives get together at a show with a flea market ). Lee Pedersen always has a hello for you. In general, all the sponsors I've dealt with have been nothing but "GREAT" . If I need something, I go to the SPONSORS page first.
