Default Fuller & Johnson DE

Anyone out there in engine land know if there is a way to adjust, (take up the play) in the main bearings of a Double Efficiency so as to get the cam gear and crankshaft pinion to mesh up better??? Thanks in advance, Jason

Only way to take up play in the mains is to make new ones. And if the crank is worn it will need to be built up. No easy/cheap way in these engines.
