Default heisler overdrive

Man i need some help. I have a heisler overdrive out of a F-12 farmall the tag says heisler mfg. co. Hudson, Iowa. but i can't find any infow when i do a search on google. I looked under transmissions, heisler, heisler transmission Hudson Iowa, nothing. Did some one take them over? or did they slide off the earth.
