Default Tools I.D. Help

Here are two tools i need help identifying. Two veiws of each one. I think the one is a vise for holding Hand Saws to sharpen the teeth. Is that correct? I dont know what the other tool is. Thanks

frist one sure looks like a saw vise, im thinking that the second one may be a sheet metal cutter

The tool on the left looks like some kind of anti-kickback device for a table saw or radial arm saw. It will let you slide the wood into the blade, but would prevent the blade from kicking back at you.

One on left is a saw filing vise, other is off a radial arm saw to prevent kickback as stated above. Dick in cold central Pa.
